World Bratwurst Day

World Brat Day will be celebrated at the Haus on Friday, August 16th. Menu:

  • Bratwurst on a Pretzel Bun (Sauerkraut optional)
  • Bratwurst on a stick
  • Currywurst with fries
  • Flammkuchen (German style pizza with dill sauce, onions, bratwurst crumbles, & mozzerella/swiss cheese)
  • Meatlovers Flammkuchen (German style pizza with bratwurst crumbles, bacon, pepperoni, cheese)
  • ** New item** Bratchos (nacho chips, beer cheese, bratwurst crumbles, optional jalapeños)
  • 2 Bratwurst Plate with 2 sides

Big Band

The IKS Big Band, based in Rüsselsheim, Germany, has a big band swing sound. They bring back and perform tunes that have never lost their sense of charm.
