Remember that to be eligible to vote, a stock-holding member must have paid their 2024 dues by December 31, 2023. If you have been a member for 2 years and have not yet become a stockholder, apply here.

4 directors have terms that will expire – Neil Barnett, Kelli Bingham, Michael Heier, & Harry Widmann. Kelli Bingham, Michael Heier, & Harry Widmann have chosen not to run for another term.
7 directors are serving out their unexpired 3 year terms and will not be up for election this year – Sam Charters, Jim Danner, Hans Heinemann, Ralph Mipro, David Moore, Keith Oldendorf, and Wendy Savelle.
Important Dates:
- Friday, December 1, 2023. Candidates must submit a Letter of Intent and Qualification no later than this date.
- Friday, December 15, 2023. Deadline for candidate list to be announced to the Membership.
- Sunday, December 31, 2023. Dues must be paid by eligible Stock-holding members to be eligible to vote.
- Wednesday, January 17, 2024, 7 pm – Meet the Candidates Town Hall (at the Haus )
- Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 7 pm – Election. (at the Haus.)
