Haus Grand Opening!

The new Haus is opening!  The flag raising and ribbon cutting ceremony will take place from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Sunday, November 18, which just happens to be the exact day of the 90th Anniversary of Deutsches Haus! Come one and come all.

If you’d like to start the festivities earlier on that day, join us at 11AM for a leisurely brunch on the Bayou as you walk the rooms of the beautiful new Deutsches Haus prior to its official Grand Opening.  Enjoy endless champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys along with a selection of brunch favorites, including grits and grillades and boiled shrimp.  Brunch 11AM-1PM.  Business casual attire. Tickets required. Sorry, ticket sales have ended.

After the ribbon cutting (around 2:30 pm) , follow us into the Haus for a day of bier, dancing and cheering on our Saints! Prost!!

Saints vs. Philadelphia game starts at 3:25pm.  Open to the public, and no admission charge.  Food service and cash bar will be available.

It will be a wonderful, festive day!  If you want to sit out under the oak trees, be sure to bring a folding festival chair.
