At this point in the year all renewals include a $10 late fee. To avoid the fee, renewals for 2019 should have occurred before December 31, 2018. Renewals for 2020 will start being accepted in October.
Step 1: Download the Form

Renewing Member Application
If instead of just renewing, you’d like to convert to a Life Member, go to the Life Member Section.
Step 2: Fill out the Application
On the back, choose your membership status. It varies by age.
- Junior (under 18) $25+$10 late fee
- Student (under 27) $50+$10 late fee
- Associate or Stockholder $100 +$10 late fee
- Over 70+ $50+$10 late fee
- Grandfather Status $75+$10 late fee
Be sure to sign the renewal application on the back.
Step 3: Send us the Application
You can mail it to the address on the form (Deutsches Haus, 1700 Moss St, New Orleans, LA 70119)
Scan or take a photo (of BOTH sides!). Attach the file(s) to an email and email to Membership@deutscheshaus.org.
Step 4: Pay
Your membership application is not complete until payment is received. If mailing, you can enclose a check with your completed application.
Pay Online. Please note, online payments include a convenience fee to cover our costs of online payments.
If the payer is paying the fees for a family member or other person, please put the name of the renewing member in the box below. If the name of the payer and the renewing member are the same, then leave the box blank.
Paypal is used to process our online sales. You do not need a Paypal account there is an option to use any “Credit or Debit Cards” on the Paypal screen.
After one year calendar year, you can apply to become a stockowner which allows voting rights. After you have renewed, if you would like to also become a Stockholder, go to the Stockholder Application process.
