Renewals for 2024 are now being accepted. The deadline to pay without a late fee for 2024 is December 31, 2023. Also, renewals must be completed before December 31, 2023 in order to vote in the January 2024 Board of Directors elections.
Step 1: Download the Form

Renewing Member Application
If instead of just renewing, you’d like to convert to a Life Member, go to the Life Member Section.
Step 2: Fill out the Application
On the back, choose your membership status. It varies by age.
- Junior (under 18) $25
- Student (under 25) $50
- Associate or Stockholder $125
- Senior (Over 70+) $50
- Grandfather Status $75 (Check the back of the membership form for the criteria)
Be sure to sign the renewal application on the back.
Step 3: Send us the Application
You can mail it to the address on the form (Deutsches Haus, 1700 Moss St, New Orleans, LA 70119)
Scan or take a photo (of BOTH sides!). Attach the file(s) to an email and email to Membership@deutscheshaus.org.
Step 4: Pay
Your membership application is not complete until payment is received. If mailing, you can enclose a check with your completed application.
Pay Online. Please note, online payments include a convenience fee to cover our costs of online payments.
If the payer is paying the renewal for a family member or other person, please put the name of the renewing member in the box below. If you are paying for yourself, then leave the box blank.
Paypal is used to process our online sales. You do not need a Paypal account. There is an option to use any “Credit or Debit Cards” on the Paypal screen.
After you have been a member for two calendar years, you can apply to become a stockowner which allows voting rights. After you have renewed, if you would like to also become a Stockholder, go to the Stockholder Application process.
