Remember that to be eligible to vote, a stock-holding member must have paid their 2025 dues by December 31, 2024. If you have been a member for 2 years and have not yet become a stockholder, apply here.

3 directors have terms that will expire – Hans Heinemann, Ralph Mipro, and Keith Oldendorf. Ralph Mipro has chosen not to run again.
8 directors are serving out their unexpired 3 year terms and will not be up for election this year – Sabine Chadborn, Sam Charters, Jim Danner, Henry Dean, Ken Fleming, David Moore, Wendy Savelle, and Peggy Villemarette.
Important Dates:
- Saturday, November 30, 2024. Candidates must have submitted a Letter of Intent and Qualification no later than this date.
- Sunday, December 15, 2024. Deadline for candidate list to be announced to the Membership.
- Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Dues must be paid by eligible Stock-holding members to be eligible to vote.
- Tuesday, January 21, 2025, 6pm. Meet the Candidates Town Hall (at the Haus )
- Sunday, January 26, 2025, 1 pm – Election (at the Haus.)
