This weekend, on March 22 and 23, Deutsches Haus Presents VOLKSFEST 2024! The weather is beautiful today. Come to Volksfest and be part of a traditional German festival celebrating spring and all things German at the Deutsches Haus on the banks of Bayou St. John.
There will be a Maypole, music, German food and drinks, all outside under Oaks. Dachshund races on Saturday. And new this year, soccer shootouts at the Torwand (Goal wall). And wine and schnapps tastings on Saturday, too!
Admission is $5 for adult non-members. Free for kids under 12 years. Free admission for Deutsches Haus members (Members – bring your cards!)
